HOW DO I APPLY AT PALOMA VILLAGE?
The application is all online. Once you find the floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and go through the application process. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact the leasing office at 817-898-6580 or send us an email at [email protected].
HOW DO I PAY RENT?
Rent rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. As soon as you sign the lease, you've legally agreed to the terms. At Paloma Village, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MoneyGram). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month, or you can set up automatic withdrawals. If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office.
WHAT SCHOOLS ARE ZONED FOR PALOMA VILLAGE?
Paloma Village is located entirely within the X Independent School District. Students living at Paloma Village attend X Elementary School, X Middle School, and X High School.
WHERE WILL I PARK MY CAR?
We have complimentary open parking spaces. Reserved parking spaces (carports) and detached garages are available for an additional fee.
IS PALOMA VILLAGE PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $25 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There is also a Refundable $200 Pet Fee per pet. There is no weight limit; however, at Paloma Village we do have Breed Restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.
WHAT IS THE SMART TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE?
The smart technology package includes Internet and Smart Home Technology (i.e. Thermostat, Lighting, Keyless Door Entry).
WHERE IS THE CLOSEST GROCERY STORE, HOSPITAL, AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES?
There is a Kroger Marketplace within a mile of Paloma Village, as well as an HEB. The Fort Worth Police Department and Medical City Alliance Hospital are within a mile of Paloma Village. Check the Community page of our website to see what else is nearby.

At Paloma Village we strive to provide a unique and exciting home for our residents. With amenities such as a private co-working lounge, urban clubhouse with coffee bar, conference room, resort-style pool, barbecue area with grills, state-of-the-art fitness center with spin room, automated package lockers, dog park, community wide wi-fi, and more, there is plenty to do while you are right at home. Residents at Paloma Village also have Prairie Vista Park in walking distance where there are walking and biking trails.
